Torchic is good with her because you get sp.atk and crit which she needs, Skyla is good too because she boosts def and speed and has a much more reliable heal
Damage-wise she's a worse Cyrus but with refreshers she can spam hydro pump more efficiently without having to rely on gauge refreshes from other pairs. Not sure if SSBlue is better as I do not have him
