This is one for Lanturn, it's native to colder arctic waters as opposed to the warmer waters normal Lanturn are. Due to the reflective ice, its eyes have grown smaller, so its own lights don't blind itself. This Pokemon has some blubber around its body, but not to help keep it warm, but rather due to the scarcity of food in Northern Waters, which encourages these Lanturn to move infrequently and store food to help last periods of time.
It trades Volt Absorb for Thick Fat.
