Be aware though that the game creator loves wasting time on lots of irrelevant shit that has dragged the game development considerably, and thus you're not going to see the end of it for many many years

I would say it's just a reference at best though, kind of like the Clarice Breloom in Reborn being a minor reference to Soulstones
