>>23447398I've replayed HGSS to death with different teams, since it's got my favourite interface and overworld of all the Pokemon games, but I played an emulated version of Crystal recently (since my G&S cartridges are dead) and had a blast.
It still holds up really well, it's charming and simple, the graphics are endearing and the music is catchy. I love the later games too, but GSC is in that special era where it was primitive enough to give your imagination room to breathe.
