unlike official list, Chandelure is definitely not smash button tier. Unlike official list, I think all eeveelutions are though
I sorted by need of good positioning,
need of game and or skills knowledge and such
List isn't about strength, which is why Zacian os so high.
Crustle is relatively easy but with the current powercreep it just fills a not-so-easy to play niche imo
Owl should be lower maybe, but I'm considering shackle moveset
Scyther would go in B or C
