Staravia is the best doubles partner at the moment due to Earthquake immunity.
Currently taking out all the trainers in the Hearthome-Pastoria-Veilstone circle before fighting Wake and Maylene.
Gained the Footprint Ribbon.
Maxed out the PP of Earthquake as it is the single best coverage move Seviper can learn. It's also the most useful for double battles and most powerful move it gets until I get Poison Jab by level or TM, whichever comes first.
