>>16070080I'm really glad she was used in the anime, but even I think her becoming Champion in the games was a mistake, not because anything against Iris herself but because Black/White set itself up so hard with a plot that not following through in the sequel with either N or the protags from Black/White as the Champion seemed to evaporate any closure for Gen 5. Iris was a surprise, but an unwanted surprised by many that only made her less popular and more despised.
