I don't have a good trainer faceclaim for this Gym Leader cause I suck at art, but here's my idea.
This Gym hosts the Delta Badge, and it's not as meant to showcase power level as it is to teach the MC about being adaptable and mentally flexible. Each of the Gym Leader's Pokemon represent change in some way, and are equipped with a variety of natural moves and TMs which alter the weather, change types, cause status effects, disable the MC's core strategies, or just are generally unusual.
