Strange choice but for accuracy and consistency let's buff Onix. (Currently has same attack stat as Pidgey and less HP than Wurmple.)
Give same bst as Steelix in the same regard that the Steel Coat does for Scyther/Scizor. Still a shitty typing but make it respectably fast and more of a glass cannon to contrast Steelix.
