Loners by nature, low-amp Toxtricity wander the deserts of the region, sending electricity into the metallic spines on their backs to send out long-distance sonic messages. The distorted tone of these signals are apparently quite nice to listen to for some musicians, who try to imitate this Pokémon's cries with instruments. (Low Key)
