That is correct anon but back in gen 3 normies saw pokemon as cringy as a fad that was trying to stay alive, it would have been risky i’ll give them some credit at least we got pokemon on virtual console, even if it was to late im glad there is a way for gen 1 and 2 pokemon to go into a new game if gb batteries weren’t dead you could totally take your save and inject it to the virtual console release
