Dawn thinks it's all platonic, and so should react okay...then again, she can resort to mindfuckery when she feels threatened. She also gets along with others. She is bff with May too so that helps.
Iris, depending on how she is, may deride Ash for being such a kid, and won't mind at all Serena. If anything, laughing that Serena sees anything at all. That is worst Iris. Then again, she still has SOME hints she may harbor...feelings for Ash. Most likely to start tailing Serena, and spying on her interactions with Ash. If she's at her best and redeemed, she could even be slightly possessive.
Misty would most likely declare Serena her rival, because even when she fucks Tracey, she still thinks Ash should be her thrall. Well at worst. At best, she may also be...surprised.
