If it's got 40 base speed, it can outrun Weavile. At 50 it can outrun Dragapult. At 60 it can outrun most uninvested sets of Regieleki, but it'd need 65 to outrun invested Regieleki.
Do you think that it's going to have north of 45 base speed? Do you think its offensive stats are going to be high enough to make running fully invested Jolly viable?
