i like the 1:1 remake visual style and new lighting effects like the lampposts. never really liked the weird scaling issues of ORAS's bushes and tiny trees among a number of weird visual quirks, and keeping scaling looks nice bar the character faces. the battle lighting system getting an update in the last couple seconds of trailer in that commercial were a pretty strong overhaul so they are listening to something at least
delta episode was good, hope they do something like that for giratina too
hope they go the alola route for HMs and make them permanently available after unlock instead of requiring move slots, though teaching them would still be fine
also hope modern conveniences like always available online instead of jubilife gts and center location requirements, and more secret base features for the underground if it's not butchered to hell
wonder how they'll butcher amity square though because they'd need new models for that
gonna suck some balls too if they skip another battle frontier
