1 reel with 3 results? Not bad and nothing worth critizing over.
1 reel with 25 results? Potentially annoying, but managable.
6 reels, each with 32 results, leading to a chance of 1/1,073,741,824? FUCK. THAT.
You have to roll all 8 slots every chance and have to do it 6 times for your entire team.
"Oh, but they've done updates where you could just maximize the stats you need (in the 6 reel slots), it's a nothingburger now." You still can't minimize them, you can't adjust them to any other value after the roll, and you still have to do a minigame that could last hours just to max the stats.
All that time succumbing to the RNG for your character to have the best chance (or even 'a' chance) at winning that could've been better spent on actually playing or practicing the competitive part of the game.
This shit really is what only Pokémon gets away with.
