I bet she's already so exhausted, begging to be let off of the cruel device, whimpering for Ash to rescue her from the unbearable mixture of pleasure and pain, but no one is saving her. She's nothing but a plaything now.
As far as I'm concerned, she's straddled on that thing until the end of time. No breaks, no hope, and since no one in the Pokemon universe ages, no death. She's 10 years old forever like the writers want.
Cruel? Very. But not cruel enough. Serena deserves so much worse for ruining the series.
