>>28402287What the fuck. I think I've seen a few of them once on the street, I think the majority of them are from arabic origin. I hate to admit to stereotypes, but if this is true about them stealing from kids, than once again they give themselves bad names.
Anyway I guess I will try to report them again. I got a few screencaps of these folks I could spread around here but I'm not sure if it will help.
