Now, 10 hours of sleep by itself isn't necessarily bad, but definitely not recommended. You need to train your body to have a regular sleep cycle. Same time, every night. If you feel the need to nap, then do so for no more than 20 minutes. This stuff just takes practice and dedication. You'll feel better for it.
