I don't think things are looking too grim, I mean that's an awful typing but imo better than pure Ground by a lot. I would prefer it gets Tough Claw over uh, Snow Rush? Does it even exist? Maybe for Gen 7? In any case Ice is a horrible typing, so a full Ice team is never gonna be good in my opinion, I don't want to run Hail just for it. Trick Room doesn't seem to do much better but it can be fun at least. In any case I would like for it to get a bit more Attack, but I'm expecting only a boost in Defense and a nerf in Speed.
But hey it could still kinda work. Gyro Ball of course it's gonna be its most strong attack, and Icicle Crash and Ice Shard can be good since Ice is so good offensively, Sword Dance + Ice Shard could be annoying for quite a few Pokémon, hopefully it will still be able to learn Earthquake, if not I have no hopes for it.
