But, Platinum marked the BEGINNING of the golden age of Pokemon.
From Platinum until Black/White 2, Pokemon was an incredibly enjoyable franchise with just enough challenge and just enough content to keep players interested and entertained in the world, and the franchise.
Of course, now it's fucking garbage, but Platinum reminds me of an age where I looked forward to the next game.
