For example, i have this shitty fakemon. If people dislike the fakemon itself, but like the idea (HA), i redesign it until most people like the design. But if people hate the design and concept (i'm looking at you, crocodile mon), then i just scrap it and move into something else. It's not that hard. If people dislike it, it's shit. That's it.
