I honestly think it's Volcanion. It consistently polls lower than any other standalone Pokemon besides Bruxish (meaning shit like cocoon Pokemon, the firefly duo, or the elemental monkeys presumably have their votes spread among their relatives). And the fact that it's a MYTHICAL with a long-requested unique typing and never talked about is really telling. If you don't play the TCG I doubt you have ever even thought about this guy in the past 2 years.
