I was watching Precure fight and maybe OLM should hire some of animators from Precure to animate Lucario's fight. Off course the the main reason Lucario's battle has been underwhelming is due to poor choreography and moveset.

Lucario can learn many rare moves that few pokemon can learn such as Extreme Speed, Meteor Mash & Bone Rush yet the anime picked the worst moveset for him. To the point that the anime forced to rely on plot armor for Lucario fight which has been shown on its battle against Bea's Pokemon. Just learning Extreme Speed and Aura Sphere should have been enough for well animated Lucario's fight.
