I paralyze Carracosta, intending to set up as many Shift Gears as I can safely get, which ends up being three, as two Waterfalls get through the paralysis and force my hand.

The obvious choice is X-mas Past, who resists all of Vanilluxe's moves.
It sets up Hail on the switch and I slightly worry for a Blizzard, but no, it uses Frost Breath instead. Fire Blast tears through it and N goes down.
