>>37277542I can make the argument that Kyogre can hit Groudon's 90 Sp.Def. This is their base forms and Kyogre always has the advantage. In their primals it depends entirely on whether or not Primordial Sea is up. But typically Kyogre is faster since most P-Groudon's need their weather up in order to survive if sent out on the same turn as a P-Kyogre (Groudon is slower so it's ability activates last). Just look at current stats, Kyogre is used so much more than Groudon because it offers so much with Rain boosted water spout alone. Top it off with just being a bulky water in general. And those Kyogre's are fast because it doesn't even care if Groudon's sun comes up because it's still going to hit like a truck.
