Terminus cave, Frost cavern, Reflection cave, Poké Ball Factory, Winding Woods. The evil team has an actual hideout with warp puzzles unlike Alola that replaced all of that with pure dialogue.
Alola has fucking NOTHING in terms of level design or dungeons with the one exception of Vast Poni Canyon, and even that place is held back by the asinine story that interrupts your exploration. It's fucking trash. Complete and utter garbage. Many of the places that should have had puzzles or level design with complexity beyond being a hallway just replace it with story.
Seriously, I don't want to defend X and Y. They are disappointing games that I don't remember fondly. But when I have to compare them to Sun and Moon they are easily the better games.
