I was genuinely sad when Lillie left. I'll admit I was a little teary eyed. My first playthrough of Sun was something to remember. I really loved the tribal Aesthetics from the trailer, the intro music, the overall game, and even the credits had.
When I found out USUM was basically just a retelling of this story and botched everything Sun and Moon established, I was a pretty disappointed to say the least. Alola two years or so later would've been nice to see.
