We know jack shit about the actual story or what we'll be doing in towns besides the gyms we've seen. But we have seen that the NPCs are more active in the cities from the trailer footage already with stuff like the parent and child watching Wynaut play on the bridge or the guy walking up to the Corviknight taxi and acknowledging it as if he's talking.
