So the Sinnoh Grand Festival ended up having 108 Contestants. For comparison, Hoenn had 247 and Kanto had 270. It makes sense in a way; Sinnoh is based off of Hokkaido, which is the least populated of the three main islands. Still, multiply by five and there are at least 540 Contests held in Sinnoh each year. At least, assuming, that everyone has to have five ribbons in the given year, which only DP has cast into doubt. Still, you'd imagine most of the entrants are going to be people who win consistently, so even if there were people who took up to five years to win all of theirs, there's probably at least one Contest per day. Mr. Sukizo and Mr. Contesta are on that grind, no doubt. Shame we'll never see them again since Kalos is racist against Contests.
