i don't see it being too good,
its just a Vileplume with more and less tools,
NU at highest
and physical ghost types that are good is rare.
Comparing it to other bulky grass types in UU Chesnaut,celebi,Roserade and whimsicott
its just not worth it.
Incineroar will be the worst till/if it gets intimidate sadly .
Primarina hits hard but its hard to tell if itll be low UU or higher RU.
Dhelmise is barley better then Decidueye if not there pretty even
owl is getting a lot of use in VGC ,either its just new toy syndrome or its decent till banks out.
then you'll never see it
