They're very careful about which cards they choose, when they do it and how hard they go for it. Once a card has been chosen, they will go through ebay and buy up as many copies as they can, then push the price to levels it shouldn't get to.
The focus is on "slept on" cards from "slept on" sets. That's why that Drowzee card exploded.
Anyway, Shrouded Fable IR Persian is on this list, but they plan to wait until after the set stops being in easily accessible circulation (like the SV drowzee).
And yes, this discord does have many infamous investors, and youtubers you may know.
