Japan references JoJo quite often, such as Persona or Castleania featuring some nods to JoJo plus it's highly influential, some of the poses in the game could potentially take some inspiration from JoJo but the one you posted is not one of them and DEFINITELY NOT Killer Queen's signature pose.
