Leaker here. just want to tell you that in the new SV games the new battle mechanic is(obviously) triple types. Or an additional type combination. This new mechanic is exclusively for regional forms. For examples decidueye is grass/ghost type but is able to gain powers from his hisuian counterpart he won't necceraly gain the third type but has stab for it and is even able to learn triple arrows and other moves exclusive to his hisuian counterpart same for his counterpart as well. I won't tell you how it you get it and the forms but just now it relates to time travel.
