My Gym Leader would be obsessed with Extraterrestrial Pokemon and live in an old RV in the middle of a desert, where meteorites have fallen and made some craters. He'd be a crazy guy and is hellbent on finding Deoxys, but I didn't think he should have one on his team. His gym is an underground base that he built himself, which you enter through the RV. There are a couple of trainers you need to battle that have Sigilyph, Porgon2, Claydol, etc, and they are also alien enthusiasts.
