My team is always ordered from lowest level to highest level, with same level pokemon being ordered from least HP to most HP. All of my Pokemon must be within 5 levels of each other. I plan my team before I start the game and only catch those 6 Pokemon and nothing else. I autistically heal my team with potions even if a Pokemon Center is nearby. All of my teams must have at least one fighting type. I choose the grass starter every time even if I like another starter more.
