So, I went back to that spot where the retarded cutscene retardation takes place, mostly the same encounters and I got myself a Horsea, hopefully getting a Seadra isn't going to be as miserably shit as in Empire, but I'm not holding out much hope. On another topic, this area is normally completely inaccessible despite the only things here being 4 oran and 2 leppas berries, just how utterly incompetent do you have to be make an area that can't even be fully explored naturally because of shitty tiling, is obnoxious to access because of a cutscene bug and is so extremely out of the way that the player normally wouldn't even think to come here much? It just.....hurts my brain.
