There are four districts, the Crownlands, the Keeplands, the Gearlands and the Bloomlands. You start off in the Keeplands and once you’ve proven yourself ready you go on to the Crownlands. After them are the Gearlands with the final one being the Bloomlands. Isle of Man district presents a unique experience post game.
The Keeplands (Tower on Yellow):

The Gearlands are a place built up from the local mines, vast fields, and clockwork cities, a long lasting driving force behind industrialization in the Galar region.
The Crownlands (Crown on Deep Red):
Capital: PokeLondon or more specifically what will be the Buckingham Palace city/town
General progression route: mostly a normal c
Probable Gyms: Dark, Fighting, Psychic, Bug, Flying, Electric (6)
The Crownlands is a mostly metropolitan area based around the region’s capital, but with tranquil nature spots still shining through.
The Bloomlands (Flower on Deep Purple/Navy Blue):

General progression route: Upside down u

The Bloomlands: The far off wilds of the region, home to many snowy and fiery mountains alike with a tinge of whimsy to it all- the perfect final frontier for any young trainer wishing to prove themselves.
