There's honestly nothing they could do to improve upon Kingdra, considering it can't hold specs, unless they just dump 70ish points into SpA.

I guess they could just go a completely different route. I mean it does have dragon dance, I don't know.

Mega Swampert will be a Thundurus check and Rain Sweeper in one, and can set rocks, which relaxes a bit of team-building for Rain teams.

It will face competition from Kabutops, but imo Swampert will be better. I doubt it won't have something in the area of 165 attack (which would make it as powerful as LO Kabutops.) Electric immunity is really nice, depending on Erfquake as opposed to Stone Edge is really nice, and also Mega Swampert is probably going to be so goddamn bulky (which will at least help alleviate the Swift Swim not activating on turn one thing, if Mega Banette is anything to go by.)

As a rainfag, I personally can't wait.
