Chaotic is not evil, it's wild and unpredictable. It SEEMS evil because they disrupt society, but they have no moral alignment.
IDK why people always say Chaotic = Dark whenever someone brings it up in these threads, that's not what Chaotic Type is supposed to be. I guess "chaos" has been misused in fiction far too often over the years. When I think of chaos I think of the Greek interpretation.
It's supposed to be wacky and random and surreal. Creatures who are disorderly, and non-conformist when it comes to traditional logic. Not an evil force at all. Just an unstable one, that is difficult to tame or make sense of.
So Chaotic is for things like Spinda and Porygon-Z. Pokémon who behave chaotically.
