Narou met Sung like how any other would find a Pokemon in the wild. But, it being a shiny made him want to catch it even more. After catching Sung, he found out that the Pokemon was a dick. Always making snarky comments about his and other trainers battling styles and such. Due to the both having a dickish personality, they bonded very fast. They'll get on each others cases a lot, but in roast duels, Narou will generally lose because the Sigilyph is a lot more smart and more observant than him.
So Narou doesn't do clients anymore for the sole reason of because he fucked around with them. His unconventional methods of getting a read into their heads got him fired from his last job.
