In my experience, Leafeon and Flareon are the least popular in regular culture, despite Flareon’s status as a Kanto ‘mon; that’s possibly because they’re the most bland design-wise. Now, Leafeon’s my favorite, but I recognize that the only way the designer made it apparent as a grass type was by sticking on as many leaves as they could. Flareon, similarly, is just a fluffier, fire-colored version of Eevee. I also like Flareon, but it certainly lacks the thought that went into some of the other Eeveelutions.
