Why can't Misty fans accept their character is gone for good? I mean most of us had favorite female companions who are long gone now, and we've accepted it. We can always rewatch old episodes or look at fanart, etc.
May's been gone over 10 years and I know she's never going to appear again. At least we get new toys, merch, and fanart.
