It's actually a pretty fun line up even if its not well balance. Thwacky has Grass Surge so sets Grass Terrain when it comes onto the field, which means Centiskorch and the eventual Roserade will their Coil and Growth doubled in effect, and it also boosts grass and fire moves. Lombre when it gets rainy day will be there to also play well on the Grass and help shut down Fire types. Boltund doesn't really get any particular benefit but with Strong Jaw Thunderfang should deal with the Flying types that are otherwise going to run wild on this line up. No idea what the final slot will be, maybe a Rock type to help deal with Fire and Flying types.
