For being completely outclassed by Dusknoir, this thing sure is a bitch to catch. It's not necessarily bad per say, but there were very few instances where mine found any use. Doesn't help that it's mind-numbingly slow and has a shit movepool, making it a painful slog to use. IIRC, I didn't send it out to battle a single time in the Pokemon League.
Definitely a 10/10 design in my book, but I'd pass on this one.
