MetalSeadramon does as much damaged with a simple tail whip on a Ultimate as Machinedramon does with a Blast from his cannon on a Champion.
Machinedramon stands far above all Ultimates, but he cannon defeat someone who's resistant to all he's got, all of what he shown and his parts shown, are basically useless against MetalSeadramons defense and agility.
