Don't make it too extensive of a design rework, though- I personally hold Primarina as one of my favorite Pokemon ever already, and desu I'm afraid that if it's too extensive (see pic related for a design change that I feel would definitely be too extensive, it blatantly ignores how the Primarina line are singers) it'll just ruin the design.
