Meanwhile Mismagius or Delphox's dex entries never claim they're a Witch or even refer to them with any titles so I guess the former is just a ghost with a spooky hat. If you want to be generous, it's just a Magus. Delphox isn't a Witch regardless though, it's just a Seer or Oracle (hence Delph, as in Delphic Oracle).
Being completely unable to see details or understand subtlety and taking everything at face value without being able to process deeper meaning is also pretty autistic anon.
