You walk outside of the Pokemon Center holding Alice's hand, this is your last day in Shalour City and you really have nothing much left to do. You would have been gone by now and on the way to Coumarine City had it not been for Serena going off again, now you have to kill time until she returns.
However, this might not be so bad, you haven't spent quality time with your qt daughteru like this in a long time. It might be fun just walking around town and looking for a cute little adventure to kill your off-time with and at the same time provide some poppy-loli bonding.
