the idea of the pokemon is that it would be a man made mon you could only get at the game corner like porygon in kanto. As with all stereotype designs i want to stress that not EVERY pokemon from these regions looks like this, they're just mirroring design elements myself and other attribute to them, though i did lament not being able to make the kanto one have some weird mr mime element.
also in case it doesnt track the galar one has two forms taken from pokemon like cramorant/morpeko and i had to make up a galar delicacy as the new one introduced in sword and shield is actually from kalos.
