I got into Monster Hunter shortly before XY came out, so seeing Aerodactyl turn into a Rath was the hypest shit to fresh-outta-high-school 2013 me.

I realize that making a reference doesn't automatically make a good design, but there was more at play there than just lol add more spikes.
